The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for the successful implementation of client pilots and onboarding.
Responsibilities
- Assist with user training and on-site client implementations; Deliver client information, hardware and user tools as needed
- Utilizes Dynamics CRM to document all client interactions and activities as part of a pilot and/or onboarding
- Maintain thorough and accurate communication between the client, sales team, manager and other stakeholders throughout the process
- Facilitate the transition of new clients, post on-boarding/implementation to the client experience team
- Assist with the pilot program process when needed
- Provide reports as required on equipment maintenance and deployment
- Assist in the drafting of training and communication documentation
Requirements
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; Strong attention to detail
- Ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships
- Good judgment, extreme discretion and flexibility in work hours
- Ability to multi-task and work in time constrained environment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to travel as needed, 20% to 50%
