The opportunity:

The Correspondence Workflow Specialist monitors department incoming and assigned work, communicating to staff and Correspondence Management recommendations to ensure template implementation and revision deadlines are met.

How you will contribute:

  • Monitor incoming and assigned work by primarily using Outlook email and Service Now to ensure deadlines will be met. Communicate to Correspondence Management, changes that are needed to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain daily spreadsheet of inventory to be completed, including detailed status for all open items.
  • Review, evaluate and report delays and risks of missing deadlines.
  • Maintain weekly dashboard in TFS (Azure Dev Ops) with status of all open items. Compile dashboard report, based on TFS, that is sent to senior leadership, Client Services and Project Management.
  • Maintain calendar of deadlines that lists status of each template implementation and/or revision received.
  • Communicate to team member’s supervisor actions that need to be taken to ensure template implementation or revision deadlines are being met.
  • Review template issues prior to sending to Helpdesk.
  • Submit and follow up on production support Service Now (Helpdesk) tickets.
  • Recommend any changes required in work assignments to ensure deadlines are met.

What you will bring with you:

  • 3 years of healthcare experience or associate degree in related field.
  • Knowledge of contractual service level agreements required.
  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in analyzing data.
  • Previous experience with monitoring workflow, assigned tasks and deadlines.
  • Advanced level knowledge of Excel.
  • Ability to remain organized with multiple interruptions.
  • Ability to evaluate and interpret data.
  • Analytical problem solving skills.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Excellent PC skills.
  • Detail orientated.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work well with others.
  • Required to attend additional training as requested/deemed necessary.

If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:

  • Southern region: $43,600 - 58,800 annually
  • Central region: $48,100 - 65,000 annually
  • Northern region: $51,500 - 69,400 annually

If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $43,600 - 58,800 annually.
If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $48,100 - 65,000 annually.
If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $51,500 - 69,400 annually.
