Position: Recruitment and Talent Specialist (100% Remote)
Hire LATAM is a growing recruitment and job platform that connects businesses with Latin American talent from customer service, operations, marketing, sales, accounting etc.
We are a growing business that is looking to hire someone who is an expert in recruiting and hiring. This will be a full-time position that's best suited for someone who can dedicate 40 hours per week. This role will be focused on recruiting and talent acquisition. Our team is entirely remote.
Responsibilities
- Source talented individuals from the different countries in Latin America
- Evaluate and screen applicants based on the position requirements and schedule video interviews
- Develop and conduct assessments ranging from mock calls to case study evaluations and personality tests
- Coordinate with Sales to schedule placement interviews with customers
- Cold outreach to promote active and future job opportunities to potential candidates
- Developing recruiting and hiring strategies
- Coming up with innovative ideas to continue growing our brand
- Having fun!
Requirements:
- Have a reliable internet connection for you to work
- A very strong understanding of English, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, energetic individual with a natural ability to empathize
- Insanely organized. You love keeping things clean and organized.
- 2+ years of sales experience with US-based businesses from previous recruiter roles preferred
- Reliable and punctual
Payment
- Hourly rate: $7.50/hr USD
- Base Monthly Salary of $1,200 US
- Bonus Sales Commission of $50 per successful placement (average 10 per month)
- Payments are processed on a bi-monthly basis (1st and middle of the month)
Schedule:
8:00 am to 4:30 pm CDT (Monday through Friday)
